2.1. When using the services of the Fund’s website, the User’s data is processed, namely:

3.1. However, despite all efforts, the Fund cannot guarantee absolute protection from any threats that arise beyond the scope of the Fund’s regulation.

4.2. The Fund ensures the application of all relevant obligations regarding confidentiality, as well as technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful disclosure or processing of such information and data, their accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

4.3. The Fund provides access to information and personal data only to authorized employees who have agreed to ensure the confidentiality of such information and data in accordance with the Fund’s requirements.

4.4. The dissemination of personal data without the consent of the data subject or his authorized person is allowed in cases provided for by law and only (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic well-being, and human rights.

5. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

5.1. The Fund informs you of your rights as a data subject, regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” namely:

1) Know the sources of data collection, the location of your personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location, or place of residence (stay) of the owner or controller of personal data or provide relevant authorization to receive this information by their authorized persons, except as provided by law;

2) Receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom their personal data are transferred;

3) Have access to your personal data;

4) Receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except as provided by law, a response as to whether your personal data are processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;

5) Make a reasoned request to the owner of personal data with an objection to the processing of their personal data;

6) Make a reasoned request to change or destroy their personal data by any owner and data controller if such data are processed illegally or are inaccurate;

7) For the protection of their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, non-provision, or untimely provision of them, as well as for protection against the provision of information that is inaccurate or discredits the honor, dignity, and business reputation of an individual;

8) Lodge complaints about the processing of their personal data to the authorized person of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights or to the court;

9) Apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection;

10) Make reservations regarding restrictions on the right to process their personal data during the consent;

11) Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;

12) Know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;

13) Protect against automated decision-making that has legal consequences for them.
